Campaign: Globe University "Infographic"
One day, I took a sick day. As I was watching a movie in my office, I had an idea. I'd been charged with coming up with a billboard concept that we could use as the basis of a larger campaign. I'd been toying with the idea of slicing up an infographic into billboards and had an idea for an infographic design I could slice up. This is also an example of one of the few times I was the content writer as well.
I wrote what I thought was going to be placeholder text for this, but people liked it so it was kept. It even formed the basis of the broadcast commercial that was used for the campaign. (Embedded below)
The billboards that were the basis. In order to boost contrast the color scheme had to be swapped making the blue the background color instead of gray.
This is the landing page that I and another team member designed for the campaign.
This was the direct mail piece that went out as part of the campaign.
Examples of newspaper ads that were ran as part of the campaign. I needed to cut out some of the content so it could still be a compelling ad even at a smaller size.
This wasn't technically part of the campaign, but I was asked to create a second infographic based on the same design language.
I didn't make this, but I did work closely with the team who did. The concept and writing I did led to it and it was part of the campaign.
