Above is my very first idea for my one minute short animation piece. I based the two charcters of the song "When the day met the night" Which tells the story of how The Moon and Sun fall in love. I decided to be steriotypical and use a blonde haired female to represent the sun with flowers in her hair and summer colours to show she is the day. I wanted the moon to be sophisticated and Gentry as that is how i would picture the moon as a male character. However i decided not to go with this idea, as i had all ready started to think of a new better more exciting idea.

My secound idea was inspired by a dream, about a mysterous ghost town, I had after watching spirted away. Spirted away is also inspiration for this idea. My idea consistented of a young girl finding ths weird island and exploring it not realising all the residents were dead and were actually ghosts not untill she fell in love with a yound ghost boy who shows her round the island. Its not untill shes senn to much does she realise shes in trouble by the island council as they try and make her one of them. I then realised after telling myself this story that it would be far to long to compress into just a short one minute animation. But perhaps i shall return this idea someother time.

My third and final idea stemed from an idea i had about a little restraunt being run by monsters, demons and trolls and the title to be called Hells kitchen. But when i drew my chef charcter the troll i decided i didnt want him as a villian and instead wanted him to be my main character conflicted with loneliness. I then had the idea of the steriotypical troll kidnaps princess idea for a short 1 minute animation i then however made a few changes to my story however to make the animation more comedic and less of a over played on idea.  I have here drawn some facial expressions of my main torll charcter in the first stage of his development.

These are some of my inspiration character refrences for my main and first character the troll. I got these images from a site called Pinterest. I particullary liked these images for there cartoon style and the drawn quality
