Visual identity for the KTR 2014 Polish Advertising Competition. The project involved a refresh of the event’s communications to lounch the second decade of its activity. The designers created a system of lighting installations made with LumiTEC wire strung through a board perforated using a CNC cutter, according to a project created in Adobe Illustrator and then transferred into the AutoCAD environment. The copywriter’s thought or insight for each of the comptetition’s categories was converted into a synthetic graphical language, represented with a combination of three universal symbols: the grid, a noight and a cross. The resulting mutations were tanslated into graphical language, cut, strung, lighted, photographed and finally placed in the layout.
This project won a silver award in the illustration category KTR 2014.
