The Problem
LendKey has a network of 300+ credit unions and small, community banks that want to broaden their reach to online lending.
The Project
Create an app like Kayak.com that allows borrowers to view all available lenders based on their credit profile. They should be able to sort and filter loan offers to select the best one for them. Further, to create a brand standard with consistent and common UI across all products.
My Contribution
After the product team gave me a list of business requirements (and a tight timeline) I started with internal research, user stories and paper prototypes. LendKey was invited to Finovate to showcase the new product and I worked with the visual designer to turn my low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity ones. We ran several user tests, iterated through process flows I created, then I coded up a clickable prototype that could be used for the demo. The project is in development and scheduled for a launch in the summer of 2015.
