THE EMPTY SHOP SOUTH AFRICA IS AN ACTIVATION IDEA/CAMPAIGN (FOR CHARITY) THAT WE DID IN COLLABORATION WITH LODUCCA, BRAZIL.
 
THE BIG IDEA IS THAT THE SHOP OPENS UP EVERY MORNING BUT WITH EMPTY SHELVES. AS PEOPLE COME IN AND DONATE CLOTHING THE SHELVES FILL UP. AT THE END OF EACH DAY THE SHOP IS EMPTIED AND THE PROCESS REPEATS ITSELF THE FOLLOWING DAY.
 
WHAT MAKES THIS CONCEPT REALLY COOL IS THAT IT GETS PEOPLE EXCITED ABOUT DONATING AGAIN AND AT THE SAME TIME DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE SHOP BEING IN A MALL, IT GETS PEOPLE TO DONATE BETTER QUALITY, MORE UPMARKET CLOTHING AND ITEMS LIKE BAGS AND SHOES.
