The Salad Bowl brings to your doorstep gourmet salads made from organic produce and high quality ingredients, typically found only at your favourite fine dining restaurants.
Using premium greens and vegetables, fine Italian cheeses, creative toppings, and freshly made dressings, their nutritious salads help customers sustain a healthy lifestyle by eating smart.
The menu has been carefully crafted by Chef Valentina Ciardulli of Naples, Italy. Educated at the prestigious Gambero Rosso Culinary School in Rome, Valentina is a former Michelin Star Restaurant Chef, who is currently pursuing her passion for cooking by teaching in Culinary Schools around Italy.
