Autism SA Misconceptions Campaign

Autism South Africa, an independent non-profit organization that delivers specialised services and facilitates a fuller understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders, was looking for a controversial campaign that would break through the clutter and drive people to their website.

The campaign conceptually covers some of the common (and alarming) misconceptions surrounding the condition in South Africa. These hard-hitting provocative statements are meant to be questioned, and the supporting line gives meaning to the idea and leads the viewer to the website where the truth is revealed.

This project was awarded a craft certificate at the 2013 The Loeries Awards, was featured on the Typography Served curated Behance gallery and can be found on the Between10and5 Creative Showcase in the Best of Illustration in Advertising category.
