The Center for Innovation in Access and Quality (CIAQ) has identified a growing need for better communication between primary care and speciality care. The CIAQ Mission is: To promote the creation and implementation of innovative approaches to improving quality care in safety net systems.

Brand Characteristics:
Integration: Within primary and speciality care, information is too late or lost in translation when doctors are not talking to each other. 
Streamlined Collaboration: Thorough and complete doesn’t work if the information isn’t received in time to be useful. CIAQ has a mission to be bring organizations together and create process that are useful and efficient. 
Innovative: CIAQ identifies the best practices, Identifies what’s working, and then takes those principles to develop and expand on them. 

The Logo / Identity demonstrates this as well as calling attention to the 'Q' which doubles as a magnifying glass. Research and investigative work is at the core of CAIQ's success.
