5Days by 5CORPORATION
This illustration is for 5 Corporation’s “5 Days,” a private preparatory school in Japan.
Please check the details in which I try to show in picture form the client’s philosophy (March 2015)
I wanted to show that young children will make a bright future. I set this world in the near future and created ‘5’ building as ‘5’ is the symbol of this corporation.
On the first floor, young children are entering the school with their parents.
Moving to the upper floors, children are shown alone as it is hoped that children will study by themselves as they gain independence with age.
I tried to create an atmosphere that shows that students like studying by themselves.

A rough sketch was drawn to decide the whole angle and layout.
After getting the client's "OK," the thickness of the lines was decided and the real lines were drawn.
