THE CHALLENGE
Pivotal Feedback is a responsive web application that facilitates actionable feedback between coworkers. Stakeholders were concerned about declining user engagement. They also wanted to add features to help managers.
THE PROCESS
We conducted several rounds of user interviews to gain a better understanding of user behavior and pain points. We used usability testing to identify problems within the existing application. We used generative research methods to gain a better understanding of what types of features would help users.
THE PRODUCT
We designed and developed a responsive web application with new features to solve the problem of declining user engagement. I was responsible for workflow design, interface design, interaction design and visual design. I paired with developers to implement a responsive layout and styling.
