The pencil is one of the most important and regularly used tools in history. It is true that all great ideas start with a simple sketch. Every novel, fiction, building, drawing, typeface and many others has a back story. Today the design world depends on technology. The problem discovered is that designers are losing touch with tangible tools and moving towards electronic ones.
Taking the concept of “what’s inside matters” the pencil’s lead core is the most important part. The idea was to show case the importance of the pencil to specific individuals throughout history and show case its milestones in a pencils point of view in a journal.
Target audience:
The limited edition journal would be appropriate to any individual who has moved away from the use
