PRINT MEDIA
Throughout my exploration in Print Media I have been constantlychallenged by projects as I worked on improving my printing technique andcontrol, as well as pushing my development of ideas furthering my creation of interestingcompositions. My completed prints all went through many trail runs and were allchanged from the original idea. I try to keep a sense of geometry, focus on linedetail, and attention to color use in all my prints.
Screen Print titled "Space Odyssey" is an edition of 5 prints that combines repetition of pattern and geometry.
Screen print done on technical graph paper, “A Delicate Machine” edition of 5. By translating complex layers of veins inthe heart to layers required in Screen Printing process I wanted to create the sense of 3dimensional heart on a flat surface.
