My VMware Mobile Folder Editing

This is the Information Architect of My VMware mobile app. It contains existing feaures and up-coming features.
As an enterprise system admin, who wants to manage license keys on a tablet, the system admin needs to tap on a folder name on the left panel than see a list of products names on the right panel (Master Details View). Swipe to left to show folder actions. The selected folder (Marketing Department) appear in blue highlight and display with a list of action items below. The avaialble action items of the selected folder are: Divide Keys, Add Users, Share Folder, Rename Folder, Add New Folder, Delete Folder.
The end user choose the action "Add Users" to Marketing Department folder, a list of available user names appear for selection.
Enter user name to filter the list, or tap on the user name
After entering email address in the filter box, it appears not available in the system. Tap on "Next" add email address and invite the new user.
A confirmation message is displayed. The total number of "All available user" and "Selected user" get updated.
Edit user permissions on the Selected Users tab.
Enter folder name to invite previously selected user(s) to folder(s)
After folder name is entered, the list will be narrowed down. Select folder(s) and tap "Enter" key
