TJX Europe typically worked under the TK Maxx brand, but as they’ve brought more brands into their stable it was difficult to establish a personality for TJX alone.
 
We worked with senior management in both the US and UK to establish a set of values for the company — we used these values as the cornerstone of their brand guidelines.
 
Through creating a brand toolkit we’re able to create consistent communications internally that reflect the values of the company.
 
The same graphic language is used to create small brochures educating staff to structure changes within the company.
