Stalls for All is a campaign created to raise awareness of the lack of gender neutral restrooms. While there are many restrooms out there that are single stalled, they are stilled labeled male and female. Though this gesture to educate on the benefits of gender neutral restrooms for all, we want to open the dialogue for other avenues of conversations and how establishments can make their environment more gender neutral. We created a logo that would be distinguishable but able to be manipulated to other phrases and still be connected as a brand. We chose colors that were not associated with either gender roles and can be relatable to any person. The poster series was created through arranging multiple rolls of toilet paper to create interesting designs and texture. The photos were taken by our team and the toilet paper was arranged by our team as well. We all took the photos and continued to manipulate them to create interesting compositions that introduced our topic in a way that is not expected. In our motion we decided to explore more of what it means to be transgender and how isolation effects them and what we can do to help. We found facts and statistics to fuel the information and we used line and color to illustrate them. Joey Asaro and Dillon Sinasky teamed together to create the motion piece. The voice over was done by our very own Jon Dickinson; who also wrote the script. With the information collected for the motion title, Geylynn Scales created a infographic poster to go along with it. Jon Dickinson also create smaller versions of the infographic to fold and create a belly band to put on actual tissue paper. On our website, you are able to order some tissue, chose an establishment you feel should be "TP'd" or educated on why they should have gender neutral restrooms for the tissue to be sent. Our mission is for this project to introduce the topic of gender identity into everyday language and what better way to do it with something every needs to use. Read Less
