New York Illustration
Prior to my first ever trip to New York in March 2015 I was inspired to create a piece based on what I anticipated to see in the big apple. After researching images and creating an overall theme in my head of what I expected to see I put together some colour schemes and began working on a concept in Illustrator and Photoshop combined.

After creating a flat version of the illustration, I began playing with the idea of making parts of the graphic animated.
Above you can see that I decided to work with the clouds and make them an animated version of reality. The idea is that the clouds move as though time is passing by.
