Compal Communications, Inc., a company which is engaged in developing smart phone, and in recent years, Compal also launched into high-tech robot industry.
Besides self manufactured companion robot called UrRobot-Robii, Compal also developed desktop robot – DALIMU, which is integrated with a mobile phone.
The desktop robot provides interactive entertainment and experience by mobile phone and cloud service, such as robot boxing and robot shooting, etc. Futhermore, different applications such as melody identification and dancing with the music all are availble for interacting with users.​​​​​​​
On the other hand, because of mature development of service robot, a lot of companies transfered to develop home service robot and entertainment robot.
The famous Aibo Dog Robot from Sony Japan and MIP Dual Wheels Balancing Robot from WowWee Hong Kong, both are popular products in the market. In view of this, Compal cooperated with 3+2 design studio and created a robot not only combined structure of DALIMU robot but also integrated with brand concept.

We created story and backgroung for every robot, and give them a series of roles to connect with consumers to build a high interactive environment. In the future, robot market is not in a one-way mode, through authorized by hot movies and action figures, it will be a topical industry.
By intergarting with peripheral accessories, stories and movies, robot industry is going to create an innovative market and increase value of products.
