留学新西兰回国的Mark与他的伙伴一起决心将他们家乡的传统美食与国外先进的制作和烹饪理念相结合,创造出中西合璧颠覆传统的烤饺子,主饺
突破创新的产品无论从馅料、流程、烹饪方式都几乎彻底与传统水饺背道而行,设计的概念也就顺应而来,为了让客人感受到这是一个颠覆传统的品牌,就要创造出跟所有传统饺子店不一样的视觉形象,饺子本身给人的印象就是地道中式食品,因此我决定在设计上加大颠覆力度,用粗旷随性的西式涂鸦方式设计品牌logo,并以此展开后续延展,同时提出了“taste the difference”的品牌slogan,进一步强化difference的理念。​​​​​​​

Two guys fellow students returned from New Zealand, have deep love for Chinese dumplings, hoping
to Western-style cooking and filling into the traditional Chinese cuisine,  So Major dumplings was birth. Therefore, the construction of the brand, with a Western-style graffiti design, from graphic design to the space to combination of 
Chinese and Western,Subvert the traditional, redefine the dumplings.
