Character Design: The envious frogs

I started this work as a university project class of character design, i will later develop it .
 
Its a tribe of envious frogs that are prisoner of envy, after that a spell fall on them because of the old frog of La Fontaine Fable "La grenouille qui voulait se faire aussi grosse qu'un boeuf" .
 
This frog one day was envious from a beef and was swelling to be big like it, but at the end she explosed and die.
 
Hassido, Namimo, Khabisso and Hanino are a group of frogs that live in a small castle and suffer of envy.
This spell will never go until they try to get rid of Envy.
