Telmap Navigator V5
During its early stages, I was responsible for developing the general visual language and designing all Core Interface graphics of Telmap's fifth Navigator app version.
This version was a complete rewrite both Code- and UX-wise, and was designed in tight cooperation with two UI Experts.
On this page you can see a few of the key screen designs, on which later screens for non-touch platforms were based. The Designs served also as base for later customization by its respective clients.

V5 Main (Map) Screen
The main UX brief for the opening screen (seen on left, original size) was: Giving the user a full-screen mapping experience while still maintaining a clear main menu a.o.
The Curtain menu (seen enlarged on right) was designed to be displayed on map screen and have a simple but fluid animation when switching focus. In the animation, the Highlighting item is pushing the selected item into its indentation when menu is scrolled up/down.
Bottom Item is always half visible unless last, items scrolled up are masked out with a gradient, and vice versa.

Weather Widget

Single-line Search / Search Category Results
This Screen was, per UI Team instructions, intended to boldly enable single-line search.
The Initial Design direction was: As few icons as possible

Street / House Search
Showing number filter on right. The light brackets focus on the number entry box with animation
