Both the alternative versions of the designs features a numbers of circles around the branches of the main tree, each of them are representative of a research lab or research facility at department of Biosciences & Bioengineering, IIT Bombay. The design is a preview only and will be modified, especially the repeatitive circles will be replaced with representative images after feedback from all the 24 research labs of the department.
