Pittsburgh, PA has been voted one of the most “walkable” cities in the U.S. There are dozens of various restaurants available to UPMC Health Plan employees---many within a very short walking distance from the office. These restaurants encompass the full range of food tastes---from fast food to Fine Dining.

A major challenge for the MyHealth Café is to continually provide a competitive alternative to those restaurants for employees. In the USX building alone, the ground floor houses 6 or 7 restaurant options. The Café must offer selection, quality, and nutritious food at competitive pricing.
