Prososed Artwork for the offices of the Malta Community Chest Fund, 2010
This artwork remembers the celebration and joy between a couple beginning a new chapter in their life together through marriage. The work is made up of confetti that are trapped in a moment’s time, using several layers of stained gauze on canvas. The confetti are what remained of my parent’s wedding over 25 years ago and I wanted to remind myself and my parents of this memory that they created together.
