Master Plan Design Proposal for a spine extension for New Egypt Capital.
The spine elongates for 12 KM extending from New Cairo District and 2Km in width from
both sides of the spine (South of Future City and Madinaty), till it reaches the New Capital.
Zayed Spine represents basically an Entertainment/Educational/Handcrafts Outlets Hub, extending the
activities of the New Capital, and backing the Capital with supportive activities and facilities.
Major Activities comprised within Zayed Spine:
1. Entertainment and Theme Park
2. Formula 1 Car Racing
3. Handcraft Touristic & Commercial Outlets
4. Cultural Hub (Opera - Museum - Culture Center - Exhibitions Center)
5. Technology Valley
