Metcalf Foundation 2012–2013 Biennial Report

Moving communities
Every two years, the Metcalf Foundation produces their biennial report. The challenge for the 2012–2013 report was to make the entire document more visually appealing. The report focuses on the theme of “moving” and is designed to portray Metcalf's move into a new office space and also convey how their work helps many organizations put their mandates into practice. Photography is used throughout the entire document to both convey the theme and also show examples of funding recipients that are creating a positive impact in Canada. Printed on a waterless offset press and using 100% post-consumer recycled paper, the whole design process also reinforces Metcalf's goal of striving to achieve excellence without harming our communities and environment.
