In this week and a half long project, we were to take any brand and use their aesthetic to redesign an object. For each brand we selected we were to create a mood board to better understand the brand's form language. We selected an object of our choice, and redesigned them to reflect our mood boards.
One of the brands I selected was Cirque du Soleil.

Pieces: Steel ball bearings
I attached magnets to the back of the aluminum board in a grid formation that mimicked a traditional checkers board. Since aluminum is not magnetic, the ball bearings will only stick to the aluminum where there is a magnet.
