A self initiated project, promoting club events
This is one of my favourite projects so far in my designing history. It was my self initiated project I set for myself at the end of my foundation course in 2009.
The brief was to design three separate events for three different clubs set around the portsmouth area only. The target market was local students. So I had to keep in mind a youthful look to the project. It had to be interesting and eye catching to the audience to catch the attention and this is what I aspired to achieved.
Throughout the project I thought it would be interesting to create some other designs and media to go alongside the posters I was making, so I decided to start exploring ideas of flyers and T-shirts for the start of year students to provoke an interest to Portsmouth local and highly popular clubs.
