Rechazan hasta un 80% de la energía solar, con lo que dejan el calor fuera, contemplando los cristales, y conservan el fresco en el interior. Más allá de la estética, los diseños responden a distintas necesidades de iluminación: cada pattern deja entrar una cantidad de luz distinta. Las láminas son auto-adhesivas, así que son muy fáciles de instalar: solo hay que pegarlas por la parte interior de la ventana, sin necesidad de desmontar el cristal ni hacer locuras, y disfrutar de ellas hasta 10 o 12 años.
