Illustrations I did a while back for a children's story book about a little girl who is initally given a medal for doing good deeds selflessly, and then starts doing them only for the sake of keeping her medal. It all comes to a head when she realises that the only way to save her town from a Balloon Monster would be to use her Medal pin to kill it - which would mean losing her medal.
