After Wall is a Portuguese company which specializes in murals. Their area of expertise is mainly painting, conservation and restoration, for organizations, companies and also for private residences.

After Wall was responsible for “The Grand Budapest Hotel” movie scenery, which was a Wes Anderson production.
It won an Oscar for the Best Art Direction in 2015.

The design concept is an image that symbolizes the After Wall universe. The most used material in mural painting services is the acrylics, this gave me the idea of the ink spots in royal blue, which gives the project something unique and specially made for the brand.
Together with the gold foil print that gives a particular finish, this process is called “gilding.” This is a common technique used in conservation and restoration services.
The logo is a combination of symbols: the two dots represent the two artists “inside the walls” where they usually work.
