Candy packaging design for one of my childhood candy favorites, Philippine pastillas. These were specifically designed for All Saint’s Day. Each package contains illustrations that represents a popular monster from Philippine folklore: Manananggal, Kapre, and Duwende. I handlettered the display type for each package, as well as illustrated the patterns on the boxes. Battery operated candles are meant to be placed on top of each box and to be placed on the graves of deceased loved ones.
