In 2011, there was flooding in Thailand where affected throughout the country including Bangkok. The damage spread out all over the city except rural areas which considered as the center point, only those suburb areas get destroyed. Thus, I question to myself toward the government who control all the water gates to be opened or closed. Did they release water to suburb areas for their own benefits or did they really think about community at large.
