The Plac Rybakow Inn is located on the Plac Rybaków Street [The Fishermen's Square], the enchanted heart of summer capitol of Poland - Sopot. For over 30 years the owners have created and added to the legend of this cozy little square in the middle of the Tricity - Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia.
The Fishermen's Square in the late 19th century was well organized and prospering fishermen's settlement and the seed for today's booming health resort that has become the most beautiful and most visited spot of the Pomeranian province.
Interiors design connects traditional materials and architecture with modern high end services. It is the vital point where the spirit of old fishermen's settlements comes together with the new and luxury surroundings.
The Inn is located no more than 100m from beach and the Baltic sea.

Idea behind the branding was to create a visual perception that is not only traditional in architecture and materials, but also an up-to-date and trendy landmark that offers cultures, lifestyles and local cuisine all of which have been generated through time by the fishermen community living in this area.
Essential theme of the branding is based on the visual attributes of the metal materials used by fishermen - various hooks, detents or anchors made of different metal, which are neutral, clean and simple but strong and sustainable at the same time.
As it is most beautiful when it is by itself, focus of the overall branding was on keeping everything simple and clean in terms of typography as well as the use of colors. I reinterpreted the essential hotel products in the 'metal' and 'clean' way.
