Successful IPO
NNIT spun out of Novo Nordisk’s IT department, growing in just twenty years to become one of Denmark’s leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations, with over 2,400 employees worldwide.
In 2015, Novo Nordisk announced their decision to seek an Initial Public Offering of NNIT on Nasdaq Copenhagen. MeyerBukdahl designed the IPO retail material, which presented the company to the private investors and redesigned the financial reports with a more masculine and business-oriented look to support NNIT in their transition from a Novo Nordisk subsidiary to a public owned company.
