The Municipality of Budapest hired us to design two of their brochures summarizing the work of their two departments, the Department of Culture and the Urban Development Department, in the last four years.
One of the major considerations was to create a youthful and and modern graphic design, which may equally appeal to all generations. We had to pay attention to keep the unity of the two brochure designs, but create the layouts in two different ways.
It was also an important factor that even the large body of text content would be legible and easy to understand.
The photos, which are the main supplementary elements of the design, and which help to separate the parts of the text and illustrate the single chapters, were given great significance.
