Brief: Design unique promotional material that advertises yourself to the world and will create intrigue with employers.
I created a promotional t-shirt pack that includes all of my contact details. The t-shirt, decorated with my brand colours, has my CV on the back with a playful pun addressing the employer on the front. The label of the t-shirt acts as a detachable business card, styled to look like a designer fashion label. The tagline ‘i’ll be a great fit’ reinforces the concept. A QR code links to my portfolio.
The business cards were created to reflect the look and feel of fashionable 'clothing tags'. With all my contact information visible, as well as the punchline 'I'll be a great fit' - it's my hope that this idea will create intrigue with future employers. The business cards are detachable and easily stored within a wallet. The unique shape, rounded corners and overall smooth finish should stand out well enough even by themselves.
So don't forget guys - I'm bio-degradable and definitely not machine washable.
