The task was to create Superheros/Villians, with a costume from a specific time period and culture. Their powers should be influenced by the culture and time. This is Oba, meaning sceptre carrier, he is able to pull souls from dead bodies and will them to fight for him. He carries the staff of Anubis, Anubis the God of embalming and the Dead,  helps him to watch over these spirits collectively to keep them in control.

This is the staff Anubis with its glowing eyes as it pulls the spirit from the dead man.
