Dialogue Space Ciliwung (DSC) has become a design that is trying to break through the everyday people, by looking at the environmental and socio-cultural issues are becoming a major issue in Ciliwung river bank. In formulating this DSC design, adapt and try to accommodate any form of activity that requires a "space" becomes very calculated. DSC itself is a semi-permanent building which has a function as a hub of local people to get together and informal discussion or study together. Expected building design DSC capable of integrating into the local community activity scenario Ciliwung times. In the event of a flood disaster scenario, the building is able to float and become a rallying point as a refugee and evacuation of flood-affected victims .
