Existing conditions of future Seneca Crossing Park in Germantown, Maryland. The site is approximately 28 acres.
Environmental Site Design was the primary focus on this project. Grass swales, bioswales, and micro bio-retention facilities were used to treat stormwater runoff and piping was used to direct it to an existing sand filter. A drainage study was performed. TR-55 and Hydraflow for AutoCAD Civil 3D were used to estimate peak flows.
