Step by step
In general, the heart was a mix of about 10 different kind of heartsand meats, as we didn't have the proper photo of a human heart. As youcan see later on, because of a couple reasons, the initial concept witha bottle was replaces by a simple oil stream (mainly, because it didn'tlook too good)
Cap
In this step, I added a cap. It was a basic 3dsmax / Vray render with a simple shader, just for compositioning use, which later was properly shaded and retouched.
That's it! After final overall & detail changes, paints, giving the heart a proper rotation, we've come to the result, that we & the people at McCann were pleased of :]
