The project concern about a renovation of an House, where the client decided to create a new apartment on the first floor. The more important element in this project is the stair which has to connect the two apartment, since the new apartment doen't have an own entrance. So the stair, in this case, has to be as much as simple and shows its lightness to be integrated in the existing living room. This is possible through a metal structure, calculated by Bo. Mec. Company, and a "Iroko" wood skin which match the existing floor and the new apartment's floor. Than I studied the style of the forniture and of the sanitary for the bathroom.
