AlexCoffee is the first coffee house in Saransk. AlexCoffee's design is dedicated to the Mordovian sculptor Stepan Erzia. The main idea is the interior as a metaphor for creativity. Erzia had created works that became spiritual food for viewers. The space of the room was turned into a workshop where masters of their craft create coffee artworks.
