Bonnie's Garden
Bonnie guides children through traditional Easter activities, with a slight twist. Inside the carrot is a gardening kit, which includes: 4 packages of seeds, 1 pack of soil, and 4 wooden stands. These stands have little feet like Bonnie, and allow the eggs to become small pots for growing seeds. This gardening kit teaches children the importance of gardening, and can be reused every year for starting seeds. Each year plastic eggs are thrown in the garbage, since most facilities cannot process them. Bonnie’s Garden presents an eco-friendly alternative, with children and parents in mind. The character Bonnie guides children through the importance of gardening, while presenting a sustainable solution to using plastic eggs. Inside the carrot are four types of seeds: parsley, dill, basil, and mint, all adored by real bunnies. But not only bunnies enjoy these classic herbs, growing these seeds presents parents with the opportunity to show children that greens are good! Bonnie’s Garden uses plastic eggs and stickers to minimize the mess and maximize fun, with nature in mind.
