Different colors for different discounts. For the lowest discount — light grey.
For middle — dark grey. For the highest discount — black.
Back side. For each discount level the same colors.
Why that way
Usually you hold, take and give a card by right hand. That is why phone number and logo arranged to the left side.
If you wish to make a shot of QR code, you need to take a card by left hand and a phone by right hand. That is why QR code arranged to the top left corner.
