In my first draft, things were more simple. The bulls were bull colored and I used a video game-ish font. Eventually I wanted to fix it.

I started by using the actually Pac Man font. I then made the bulls' horns more expressive and changed their colors to the colors of Pac Man's ghosts. Finally, I used a more sophisticated logo for the college and department. It all helped make the piece look more familiar to the game.
