Awareness Campaign - Posters
The four colours represent the UK's biggest supermarkets. In the UK we waste 24 million slices of bread a day, this poster shows the extent of how much we are wasting, by having a continuous loaf of bread that never ends.
Awareness Campaign - Billboard
The green background symbolises the supermarket ASDA and the font is similar to that used on a receipt. The billboard is very minimal and straight to the point.
App - Load Screen
When the app is launched the slices of bread will load from bottom to top.
App - Food Reminder
This app offers a receipt scanning system that will tell you when all the foods on your receipt are going out of date. It does this be using a colour coded system with mobile notifications reminding you that you have food items that must be used by that date. This will decrease food waste in the home and encourage people to use foods that are going out of date first.
App - Food Facts
Swipes left / right to reveal new food facts.
Pop-up Food Truck
This pop-up food truck collects close to use by / sell by date food items from supermarkets and donations. The food truck will then stop off at various city centre locations and recycle the food to feed the homeless.
Each homeless person is given one canvas bag with a food pack inside and once they have used the food pack they can return with the canvas bag and they may recieve another free food pack.
