as an exclusive tutorial for the Web Magazine. Using the name of the site as the focal point to create this piece, the design was inspired by shiny, liquid type effects similar to wax and nail polish. Below I have shown close-up images as well as a basic case study to outline my design process. Through using the Pen Tool and plotting out the basic shapes I was able to build around the letters before applying Layer Styles and Airbrushing techniques. Once that was done I added the smaller details and lines to achieve the desired result.
