 PositionHonda vehicles as the vehicle for action sports enthusiasts through maximizingexposure as the title sponsor of the Honda US Open of Surfing

Program:
 Makai continued itscollaboration with Honda and the US Open of Surfing to  create the Honda Beach Camp, a Polynesian environment fit with  a drum circle and dancers, airbrushedtattoos, chill lounge, photo environment, and display vehicles. People were driven to the site by brandambassadors who handed out leis fitted with barcodes which were scanned at theBeach Camp for premiums, while  brandspecialists educated consumers about the latest Honda products

Result:
TheHonda Beach Camp generated hype amongst Honda’s target demographic, provided aninteractive environment for consumers, and generated a great amount of TVexposure. In total,
•1,819 leis were scanned •350,000 consumers were interacted with•5,895 premiums were distributed.
