PARAMETRIC FURNITURE
"FALLEN TREE"
Collection "Parametric furniture" is a project which includes several elements, one of them is a "FALLEN TREE". "FALLEN TREE" made​ of plywood sections 18mm thick, fastened together with iron rods, which are
wound on the mounting bolts. This technology makes it relatively easy and cheap to 
do non-linear form. Also a big plus of this technology is that the sections of plywood 
form a pattern of lines on the general shape making it more readable.
 
Last week we completed the test assembly of the stand for a shoe store. It is currently on the way to Canada. Stand is a smooth organic shape, design made of sections using parametric method. All items are cut on CNC and processed manually. The test assembly was needed to fit all the details and make additional markings, as well as to develop detailed instructions.
 
Unlike previous parametric collection elements, these objects are not designed for sitting. This is the installations for exhibition shoes in the store.
