Carmela's Ice Cream was my very firstĀ college branding project, whichĀ was the nudge I needed to decide my concentrated path in the design world. I designed the "Carmela's" type by hand and created a real life mock up of the packaging. Afterwards,Ā I dove head first into branding and began an eager search for more knowledge,Ā starting to see every brand and product profoundly different. Eventually, I no longer sawĀ just an item;Ā I saw an idea. An idea executed by imagination, educated creativity, andĀ design. It's charmingĀ to remember where the fire in your belly started, and this project was definitely the start of mine.
